Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guest must inform Budget Inn Santa Cruz if they are going to check in after 18.00 There is a refundable cash deposit due upon check-in. Contact the property for more details. Guests have 10 minutes after check-in to check their room. If they are not satisfied, they can notify the manger and received a refund. After 10 minutes, they will not receive a refund. Please note that parking is provided for guests only and that each room is allowed 1 parking space.
